Returns Policy

FOR BRIDESMAIDS & WEDDING DRESS ORDERS

Our bridesmaids and wedding dresses are made to order and we are unable to accept returns for made to order dresses regardless of whether the sizing is standard or custom. To ensure that you get the right fit, please follow our How To Measure guide and triple check all your measurements and colour choice before ordering as we are unable to accept returns if the wrong size was ordered. Please note that due to different dot dyes, there may be slight colour variations to the fabric compared to the fabric sample and the colour of the lining may vary depending on availability. For bridal parties, the dresses need to be ordered together to ensure there are no colour variations. We will not be liable for any colour variations for dresses made in separate orders. If you do need to make separate orders, please contact us prior to purchase with the names of your bridal party members. 



If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately via email or through our website. In the rare occasion that you receive a defective or wrong item, we will either repair or replace the item. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement, we will refund you for your purchase.

FOR INFINITY DRESS ORDERS

We accept returns for our infinity dresses for a store credit only. You must notify us within 14 days after receiving your garment to arrange a return. Please email us at support@infinitybridesmaids.com.au with your order number. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number and a returns form. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us immediately at support@infinitybridesmaids.com.au and we will assist you with any issues.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a purchase, including pre-orders, as we are unable to cancel it once the order has been processed at the warehouse.

For made-to-order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order as we are unable to cancel the order once it has been processed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please make sure that all items are returned in its original, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached and in its original plastic packaging. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns of dresses that have makeup stains or perfume scents. If the returned item does not meet our returns conditions, the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.

We highly recommend you to keep the tracking record for all returns as we are not liable for loss or damaged returned parcels. You should expect to receive your store within 1-5 business days after we receive the item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for a refund if you did not receive your order in time for a specific event.
